Men's Tennis Resumes 2016-17 Campaign on March 5

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's tennis team is scheduled to resume its 2016-17 campaign on Sunday, March 5 with the first of four matches in Orlando, Florida during Spring Break.

The Greyhounds, who were 1-2 in the fall under second-year Head Coach Alan Heverly, open the trip with a match versus Aquinas (Mich.) College on March 5 before matches versus Wheaton (Ill.) College, Saint John's (Minn.) University and Regis (Mass.) College. Once Moravian returns to Pennsylvania, the Blue and Grey have road non-conference matches at Wilkes University and Ursinus College on March 18-19.

Moravian will begin the spring home schedule on Wednesday, March 22 versus Neumann University in a 4:00 p.m. match down at Hoffman Courts, and the Greyhounds will host rival Muhlenberg College on Thursday, March 30 at 4:00 p.m.

April begins with Moravian on the road for its first four Landmark Conference matches of the season. The Hounds will play their final three Landmark contests at Hoffman Courts as the squad welcomes The University of Scranton on April 15, The Catholic University of America on April 22 and Goucher College on April 23 with all three matches beginning at 1:00 p.m.

The 2017 Landmark Conference Tournament is slated to begin on Tuesday, May 2 with semifinal matches at the top two seeds in the four-team tournament.
