MACUNGIE, Pa. --- The Moravian College golf team earned a pair of victories in a tri-match hosted by DeSales University at the Brookside Country Club Wednesday as the Greyhounds had a team score of 318 while York College of Pennsylvania turned in a 323 and DeSales had a 329.
Moravian freshman Jim Maru led the 18 golfers in the tri-match with a season low round of five-over par 76 while freshman Evan Dickinson was third with a 79. Senior Tyler Thompson was tied for fifth with an 81 while senior Aaron Thieme tied for fifth with a round of 82. Junior Eric Schultz was tied for 11th with an 84.
The Greyhounds return to the course on Thursday, April 4th when the squad heads to the Elizabethtown College Blue Jay Spring Classic on the Links Course at the Hershey Country Club beginning at 12:00 p.m.
