GALLOWAY, N.J. --- The Moravian College women's soccer squad scored early at Stockton University and the teams would play the final 69 minutes without another goal after the Ospreys tied that match as the non-conference contest ended in a 1-1, double-overtime draw Wednesday evening.

The Greyhounds jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the 13th minute when sophomore defender Sara Cassel was able to put a free kick from about 45 yards out into the net for the first goal of her career. The Ospreys answered in the 31st minute to knot the score at 1-1, where it would remain at halftime as well as through the second half and both overtimes.

Hounds' junior goalie Jamie Daly had the start and made six saves in 45 minutes of action while sophomore keeper Siobhan O'Sullivan-Evangelista played the final 65 minutes and recorded four saves.

Moravian is scheduled to return to action on Saturday, September 8 when the squad hosts Alvernia University in its 2018 home opener on John Makuvek Field beginning at 11:00 a.m.
