BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University field hockey team has named senior midfielder Sarah Bietka, senior defender Jenna Segrave and junior midfielder Savannah Sutter as captains for the 2023 season.

Bietka has started all 36 matches in her career for the Greyhounds, and she has contributed eight goals and five assists in three seasons. Bietka netted three match-winning goals in 2021.

Segrave is in her second season with the Hounds this fall. Last year, she contributed three goals and an assist during penalty corners to go along with five defensive saves.

Sutter has seen action in 35 career contests with a pair of starts. She has contributed an assist and a defensive save.

Moravian is slated to begin the 2023 season on Friday, September 1 with a non-conference match at DeSales University with first touch at 6:00 p.m. The Hounds will host Muhlenberg College on Friday, September 8 in the home opener on John Makuvek Field at 7:00 p.m.
