TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian College junior Nick Kuhn has been named the Landmark Conference Men's Golf Athlete of the Week for his performance last week.
Kuhn led the Greyhounds at the season-opening Montgomery Cup hosted by Rosemont College at the par 72 Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort where he tied for 20th of the 64 golfers with a 36-hole total of 148. Kuhn's one-over par round of 73 on Sunday included three birdies and 11 pars while on Saturday, he had an opening round of 75 that included four birdies and nine pars.
"Nick played two really solid rounds of golf," noted Head Coach Kevin Edwards. "It was great to see all the hard work he has put in pay off."
The Greyhounds returned to action on Monday, September 24 by hosting the Moravian Weyhill Classic at the Saucon Valley Country Club with action beginning at 1:00 p.m.
