TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian College junior Nick Kuhn has earned a spot on the 2019 Landmark Men's Golf All-Conference First Team while sophomore Thomas Lakata garnered a spot on the All-Conference Second Team.

The duo helped the Greyhounds to a third-place finish at the 2019 Landmark Conference Championships on May 3-4 at the Dauphin Highlands Golf Course. The top six individual finishers were named to the All-Conference First Team while those finishing seventh through twelfth were named to the Second Team.

Kuhn finished fourth of 39 golfers with a two-day, 36-hole total of 150 at Dauphin Highlands for a +6 in the tournament. He had an even par round of 72 last Friday to sit in a tie for first place after the opening round before carding a 78 in the second round.

"Nick has work very hard on his game over the last year so it was nice to see that pay off with a solid conference tournament," commented Head Coach Kevin Edwards. "He has earned the respect of his fellow teammates and was the team's unanimous MVP this season."

Lakata tied for ninth with a two-day score of 156 with rounds of 76 and 80. Lakata earned a spot on the All-Conference Second Team for the second consecutive year after placing 10th at the inaugural Landmark Conference Championship in 2018.

"Thomas continues to work on his game and has a lot of talent," Edwards said. "I'm looking forward to even better results from him next season."
