FLEETWOOD, Pa. --- The Moravian University women's golf team participated as individuals in the opening round of the 36-hole Golden Oaks Shootout hosted by Arcadia University at the Golden Oaks Country Club Sunday.

• Sophomore Heidi Wegscheider is tied for 16th of the 39 golfers with an opening round of 87 that included a birdie and nine pars
• Sophomore Ella Oswald is tied for 27th with a first round of 93 as she carded five pars
• Junior Izzy Szmodis carded a 107 with two pars and is in 36th after the opening round
