BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee hosted its Annual SAAC Kickoff event in Johnston Hall on John Makuvek Field Tuesday night to begin the 2024-25 athletic season.
The evening began with a performance from the Moravian University Cheerleading squad. Director of Athletics & Recreation Mary Beth Spirk welcomed all the student-athletes and honored several major award winners from the spring season. The SAAC Board also talked about the departmen's new mission statement.
The programs participated in a tug-o-war tournament in Johnston Hall. All student--athletes received a Moravian Athletics t-shirt compliments with the department's new mission statement core values and the entire group had a picture taken to kick off the year.
