BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Graduate student wide receiver Jordan Bingham of Moravian University's football team has been selected as the Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger for his performance last week.
Bingham, who earned his second Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger of the fall, set the single season record with his 12th touchdown catch of 2024 and the Moravian career record with his 21st career touchdown reception in the Greyhounds' 35-14 victory over Shenandoah (Va.) University in the Cape Charles Bowl of the Chesapeake Challenge Bowl Series in Salem, Virginia this past Saturday.
Bingham had just two receptions, both touchdowns with one of six yards for the first score of the game and one of 45 yards for the Blue & Grey's final points, adding up to 51 yards as he became the sixth player in school history to surpass 1,700 yards with 1,717 yards on 144 receptions in just 20 career games. He is the third player in Moravian history to accomplish this.
The Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger is selected on Mondays by Moravian's athletic department leadership team.
