BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Freshman linebacker Malachi McNeil-Harrison of the Moravian University's football squad has been honored the Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger for his performance last week.
McNeil-Harrison sealed the Greyhounds' first win of the season with an interception in the end zone on the final play of Moravian's 18-13 non-conference victory over Utica (N.Y.) University this past Saturday. He finished the contest with eight tackles including three sacks, a forced fumble on one of the sacks and a pair of passes defended.
The Hounds are scheduled to return to play on Saturday, September 21 in a non-conference game at Hobart (N.Y.) College with kickoff slated for 1:00 p.m.
The Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger is selected on Mondays by Moravian's athletic department leadership team.
