BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University women's cross country team placed 12th out of 41 schools in the College White 6K race as part of the 47th Paul Short Run at Lehigh University on Friday.
How It Happened
- Senior Natalie Stabilito was the top Moravian finisher as she placed fourth of the 263 runners in the race with a PR time of 22:31.4
- Sophomore Pia Mazzella DiBosco placed 23rd in the race in a PR of 23:20.9 while freshman Amber Poniktera added a PR of 24:41.9 to place 94th
- Junior Rachel Byrne finished in 103rd with a PR time of 24:55.9 while senior Rachael McCoach rounded out Moravian's scorers with a time of 25:08.9, which placed her 115th
- Senior Mackenzie Heitz registered a PR time of 25:32.5 as she finished in 130th, and freshman Rachael Goodman was one spot back with a PR of 25:36.6
- Rounding out the Moravian runners in the race were freshman Lily Mingora posting a PR time of 25:51.9 to place 140th, freshman Catie Lovett finishing in 179th with a time of 27:01.1 and freshman Ally Meeks taking 196th in 27:40.8
- The Greyhounds did have five runners compete in the field of 291 competitors in the College Women's Open race Friday morning, and that group was led by freshman Rylie Murphy with a PR time of 26:31.0
- Also running in the Open race were freshman Hannah Kolonoski, who had a PR of 26:56.9, freshman Gillian Schonenberg, who posted a PR time of 27:43.7, junior Peyton Herbst, who had a time of 29:41.6, and sophomore Emma Garchinsky, who registered a PR time of 30:25.2
