Moravian Women Take 11th in Inter-Regional Border Battle at Rowan

LOGAN TOWNSHIP, N.J. --- The Moravian University women's cross country placed 11th of 35 teams at the Inter-Regional Border Battle hosted by Rowan University at Gloucester Country DREAM Park Saturday. 

How It Happened

  • Senior Natalie Stabilito was the top Moravian finisher as she placed 26th of the 275 runners in the race with a time of 23:17.7 on the 6,000-meter course
  • Senior Santina Burak was 48th overall in 23:57.2 while freshman Amber Poniktera finished in 105th with a time of 23:52.3
  • Junior Rachel Byrne finished in 113th in the race at 25:04.5 while sophomore Pia Mazzella DiBosco rounded out the top five in 122nd place with a time of 25:11.6
  • Senior Emma Marion raced to a time of 25:21.1 to finish in 137th while freshman Catie Lovett finished in 180th with a PR time of 26:20.8
  • Freshman Lily Mingora was one spot back in 181st with a time of 26:22.7 while freshman Rachael Goodman was 225th with a time of 27:38.3 and freshman Rylie Murphy posted a time of 28:02.7 to place 137th
  • In the women's open 6K, freshman Ally Meeks was 46th in a time of 27:07.08 while freshman Gillian Schonenberg had a time of 28:14.6 for 71st place and freshman Hanna Kolonoski  placed 72nd in a time 28:20.4
