BETHLEHEM, Pa.--- The Moravian University women's cross country squad finished 32nd of 46 in the Paul Short Run White race.
How It Happened
- The Greyhounds scored 882 points. Amherst College was first with 135 points.
- Junior Tara Smurla finished 21st of 387 with a personal best time of 21:58.4 on the 6,000-meter course.
- Senior Amber Poniktera finished 206th of 387 in 23:68.9 while senior Rachael Goodman took 212th in 24:04.4.
- Finishing out the top five for Moravian were sophomore Kayla O'Neil in 272nd, with a time of 24:44.5 followed by sophomore Alexis Hockenberry in 273rd at 24:46.0.
- Moravians' other runners in the White race were senior Lexi Rushatz, who was 292nd in 24:58.5, sophomore Alyssa Hockenberry, who placed 299th in a time of 25:02.9, junior Meghan Myers placed 307th with a time of 25:11.5, senior Ally Meeks, who took 321st in 25:25.2, and freshman Celia Knoedler at 348th with a time of 26:19.4.
