CLINTON, N.Y. --- The Moravian College men's basketball team fell to No. 10 Hamilton (N.Y.) College, 83-72, in the second round of the 2019 NCAA Division III Tournament Saturday evening.
The Greyhounds complete the 2019-19 campaign with a 20-9 mark, tying the school record for wins in a season set last year. The Hounds also set marks for points with 2,443, field goals made with 843, three-pointers made with 328 and assists with 477 this spring and are 70-40 under the direction of four-year Head Coach Justin Potts.
Senior forward Oneil Holder led Moravian with 22 points to go with five rebounds and two steals. Holder, who had 537 points this winter which is the fifth highest single game in the Greyhounds' record book, finishes his career as the school record holder in games played with 110, and he is third all-time with 1,660 points and sixth with 714 rebounds. Senior guard Jimmy Murray tossed in 14 points to go with four rebounds as he finished his career as the school record holder with 218 three-pointers made and fifth all-time with 1,522 points in 103 games.
Junior guard C.J. Barnes added 14 points and four boards to head to his senior year with 851 points while junior guard Elijah Davis contributed eight points, nine rebounds and a pair of assists. Sophomore guards Matt O'Connor and Shon Wilson each scored five points with O'Connor grabbing two rebounds while senior guard Nicholas Casazza had four points, five rebounds and two assists to finish his career with 581 points.
Senior guard Will Brazukas dished out a team-high nine assists to finish the season with 103 assists, tied for the seventh best season in school history, and 333 career assists, fifth all-time in 107 games played, second in school history. Brazukas also had four rebounds against the Continentals while junior forward Addis Ralph had three rebounds.

The Hounds connected on 26-of-73 field goal attempts, 12-of-30 three-pointers and 8-of-9 free throws in the contest, and the Blue and Grey's up-tempo press forced Hamilton into 17 turnovers.
Barnes opened the scoring with a three-pointer on the Greyhounds' second possession of the evening, and a three-pointer from Murray had Moravian ahead 12-7 heading into the first media timeout of the contest. Wilson drained a three-pointer at the 15:18 mark as the Hounds pulled ahead 15-9, and Barnes second three-pointer of the night had the Blue and Grey leading 18-14 with 13:31 left in the first half. However, Moravian would go six minutes without scoring as an 11-0 run by Hamilton had the Continentals lead 25-18 before a pair of free throws from Holder at the 7:21 mark. The Hounds would get no closer than five points, and Hamilton stretched its edge to 42-30 at the intermission.
Davis connected on a three-pointer to begin the second half to bring the deficit back into single digits before Holder made it a seven-point game, 48-41, with 16:17 to play. The Continentals took a 57-45 just after the under 12-minute media timeout when Moravian went on a 9-2 run with two three-pointers from Barnes and one by Murray to cut the deficit to five points at 59-54 with 9:34 showing on the clock. However, the Hounds were unable to get any closer.
