BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian College is continuing its look back at its 2018-19 athletic campaign. Before announcing the top event in the Top 10 Exciting Games from the past year, here is a look at the five contests that received votes from the Moravian athletic administrators but missed out on making the Top 10. 

Women's Lacrosse Holds Off FDU-Florham in Final Minute for 18-17 Victory
The Blue and Grey, who had a 12-6 record in 2019, hosted FDU-Florham on Monday, April 15 on John Makuvek Field in a weather make-up from early March. The Hounds had an early 4-0 lead but would be up just one goal, 8-7, at the intermission. The Devils tied the contest at 9-9 early in the second half before the Greyhounds ran out to a 17-11 lead with 12:28 remaining. FDU-Florham would close the gap down to just one goal again at 18-17 with 3:13 to play. Sophomore goalie Courtney Heist would make two saves in the final 40 seconds including one that saw her jump back in front of a wide-open net after a turnover to make the final stop and preserve the win. Heist came in for the final four minutes of the match and had the two saves on three shots. Sophomore midfielder Meaghan McMullan led the squad with six goals and three assists in the contest while junior attack Liz Bill added three goals and four assists.

Softball Walks Off with 4-3, Nine-Inning Victory Over Penn State-Berks
Moravian, which was 32-7 this spring, scored a run in both extra innings to post a 4-3, nine-inning victory over visiting Penn State-Berks at Blue & Grey Field on Tuesday, March 26 as the Greyhounds extended their winning streak to 10 games at the time, and the run reached 20 straight victories before ending. The game was the second contest of a non-conference doubleheader and was knotted at 2-2 after the regulation seven innings. The squads went to the international tiebreaker with a runner on second base to start the eighth inning. The Lions would score in the top of the frame while Moravian tied the score at 3-3 in the bottom of the eighth when sophomore shortstop Maddisen Bieber connected on an RBI infield single to score sophomore second baseman Shannon Brogan. Junior pitcher Paige Lesher, who improved to 8-1 on the year with the win, would get out of the top of the ninth without allowing Penn State-Berks to score. Senior Julia DeMarco started the bottom of the ninth on second base as a pinch runner, and after a sacrifice bunt from freshman centerfielder Cameron Cassidy, DeMarco raced home on a ball hit by sophomore catcher Brooke Wehr.

Men's Basketball Tops Drew University in Overtime, 89-85
The Greyhounds, who were 20-8 and would go on to win the Landmark Conference title and make the second round of the 2019 NCAA Division III Tournament, would score the first six points of overtime in Johnston Hall on their way to posting an 89-85 overtime win over visiting Drew University on Wednesday, January 30. The victory propelled the Hounds into a first-place tie with the Rangers in the Landmark Conference standings. Senior guard Jimmy Murray had seven points in the five-minute overtime including the first four points. Junior guard C.J. Barnes added 22 points in the contest that started a string of three consecutive overtime games by Moravian.

Field Hockey Defeats Delaware Valley University, 2-1, in a Penalty Shootout
Moravian, which was 2-3 after the victory as part of a three-match winning streak, hosted Delaware Valley University in a non-conference match on John Makuvek Field on Wednesday, September 12 and would use the penalty shootout for the first time since the switch from strokes to determine a winner after overtime. The Hounds jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the 19th minute when junior forward Sara Cruz found the back of the cage while the Aggies tied the match in the 42nd minute. With the score still tied at 1-1 after 70 minutes of action, the squads would play another 20 minutes with neither team scoring, sending the contest to the penalty shootout. The shootout consists of five shooters per team with each individual having eight seconds to dribble in from 23-meter line and take a shot. Once the eight seconds has expired, if the ball is not in the cage, the attempt is over. Moravian shot first with Cruz slipping a shot past the Aggies keeper for a 1-0 lead. Moravian sophomore goalie Ashley Kunsman made a save on the first Delaware Valley shooter before a spin move from sophomore midfielder Erica Heaney put the Greyhounds ahead 2-0. Kunsman made another stop before freshman midfielder Olivia Emrick jumped over a sliding goalie and put her shot into the net. Kunsman, who had eight saves before the shootout, calmly knocked away the Aggies third attempt to seal the victory.

Men's Tennis Tops Elizabethtown, 6-3, For First Landmark Conference Victory in Three Seasons
The Greyhounds, who finished the year at 12-8 overall, began the 2019 Landmark Conference season by hosting Elizabethtown College at Hoffman Courts on Sunday, March 24, and the Blue and Grey posted a 6-3 victory for their first win in conference action in three years. The victory also extended Moravian's winning streak at the time to five matches. The Hounds trailed 2-1 after doubles action with a win from senior Isaac Schefer and freshman Daniel Salimnejad. Moravian bounced back by taking five of the six singles contests for the victory. Schefer and Salimnejad each had singles wins as well with the other three victories coming from senior Peter Demyan and sophomores Mason Hudnall and Sean Kearns.
