Guarente Selected as Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Junior forward Brielle Guarente from the Moravian University women's basketball team has been selected as the Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger for her performance last week.

Guarente averaged 17.0 points and 5.5 rebounds per game in a 2-0 week for the Greyhounds in Landmark Conference action. She also had six steals, four assists and a blocked shot while playing 66 of 80 minutes, and Guarente shot 13-for-25 from the field and 8-of-13 at the foul line in the two contests. She had 16 points, five rebounds, three steals and a blocked shot in a 53-50 win over Juniata College, and Guarente added a career-high 18 points, six rebounds, three assists, three steals and a blocked shot in a 58-54 victory at Lycoming College.

The Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger is selected on Mondays by Moravian's athletic department leadership team.
