MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. --- Moravian University sophomore punter Sam Bingaman has been selected to the 2022 D3football.com All-Region 2 Second Team.

Bingaman, who was named to the Centennial All-Conference First Team this fall, topped the Centennial Conference with an average of 40.5 yards per punt in his first year as a Greyhound. He punted 47 times for 1,902 yards and had 11 punts inside the 20-yard line, 11 fair caught and four touchbacks. At Franklin & Marshall College on November 5, Bingaman booted punts of 75 and 72 yards with the 75-yard punt setting a new school record.

Bingaman was also a placekicker for the Hounds, going 6-for-6 on field goal attempts with a career long of 45 yards versus Muhlenberg College on November 12, the third longest field goal in school history, and he was also 18-for-19 on extra points. Bingaman had 16 kickoffs for an average of 54.7 yards per kickoff including three touchbacks.
