BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian University Athletics is hosting its fourth Athletics Giving Challenge that runs from November 10-20. The Greyhounds have 617 supporters over four days of the challenge raising more than $55,000.
The softball team leads the list with 135 supporters for more than $10,000. The men's lacrosse squad has a total of 80 supporters for over $4,200, ahead of the men's soccer, which has 61 supporters for over $4,000. The swimming and baseball programs are one supporter apart, with swimming having 46 supporters for over $2,000 and baseball had 45 supporters for nearly $8,500. The women's soccer team has 37 supporters while men's basketball has 28 supporters for over $2,100 after day four of the athletics giving challenge. The softball, baseball, women's lacrosse, men's lacrosse and men's soccer programs have all received over $4,000. The cross country, men's golf, men's tennis, men's basketball and swimming programs have all eclipsed $2,000 while the football, Blue & Grey general fund, women's tennis, field hockey and women's soccer programs have all reached more than $1,000 through four days of the challenge.
