TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian University freshman Evan Bulette has been named as the Landmark Conference Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week for his performance last week.
In just his second career meet, Bulette won two events and was runner-up in a third in a dual meet with Immaculata University at Cedar Crest College as the Mighty Macs won 86-49. Bulette won the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 1:07.01, and he took first in the 50-yard freestyle in 24.01 seconds. Bulette was the runner-up in the 100-yard butterfly in 59.53 seconds.
"Evan has a fantastic work ethic. He is showing great improvement in every event he swims," commented Interim Head Coach Laurie Muller. "I am very excited to see him progress throughout the season."
The Greyhounds are scheduled to return to the pool on Saturday, November 12 in a double dual meet at Misericorida University with The University of Scranton.
