Bulette Sets Another School Record on Second Day of Landmark Championships

BOYDS, Md. --- The Moravian University men's swimming team set one school record and picked up 10 points on the second day of the 2023 Landmark Conference Championships at the Germantown Indoor Swim Center.

How It Happened

  • Freshman Evan Bulette set the school record in "B" finals of the 100-yard butterfly in 56.48 seconds that earned two points. He had qualified for the finals with a preliminary race time of 56.96 seconds
  • Sophomore Harrison Ziegler qualified for the finals of the 200-yard freestyle with a preliminary time of 1:50.85, which was the tenth-best time. He then swam a time of 1:50.15 in the "B" finals to earn seven points
  • Freshman Jeffery Eisenhardt swam a PR time of 2:03.69 in the 200-yard freestyle preliminaries. He qualified for the "B" finals in the 100-yard breaststroke in a PR time of 1:08.53 before swimming another PR time of 1:08.31 in the finals to garner a point
  • The Hounds are in seventh place with 15 points after two days of competition
