Three Greyhounds Ranked in NCAA Division III Statistics

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Three Moravian College women's basketball players are ranked in the latest NCAA Division III women's basketball statistics released Tuesday.

Sophomore forward Alexis Wright is tied for eighth in the nation with 12 double-doubles, 15th with 11.9 rebounds per game, 45th with 2.15 blocks per game and 86th with 16.7 points per game. Wright has helped the nationally-ranked No. 19/23 Greyhounds to an 18-2 record and 9-0 in the Landmark Conference.

Junior center Laura Jordan is tied for 51st in the country with 2.10 blocks per game. On the season, Jordan is averaging 8.5 points and 6.6 rebounds per contest.

Junior guard Katie O'Rourke is ranked 51st in Division III with 4.4 assists per game. This winter, O'Rourke is putting up 10.8 points and 5.9 rebounds per game to go with her 88 assists and 47 steals.

As a team, the No. 19/23 Moravian College Greyhounds rank eighth in blocked shots per game (6.2), 20th in winning percentage (.900), 34th in points per game (71.3), 36th in field goal percentage defense (32.5), 38th in three-point field goal defense (24.3) and 43rd in scoring margin (14.5).

No. 19/23 Moravian returns to the court on Saturday, January 26th as they host to Landmark Conference foe Goucher College. The contest is set for 2 p.m.
