Three Lady Greyhounds Ranked in NCAA Statistics

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Three Moravian College women's basketball players are ranked in the latest NCAA Division III women's basketball statistics released Tuesday.

Sophomore forward Alexis Wright is ranked 19th in the nation with 11.5 rebounds per game, tied for 24th with 12 double-doubles, tied for 66th with 1.91 blocked shots per game and is tied for 96th with 16.3 points per game. Wright has helped the Greyhounds to a nationally-ranking at No. 23 and to a20-3 record and 11-1 in the Landmark Conference.

Junior center Laura Jordan is tied for 48th in the country with 2.09 blocks per game. On the season, Jordan is averaging 8.9 points and 6.5 rebounds per contest.

Junior guard Katie O'Rourke is ranked 61st in Division III with 4.3 assists per game and 93rd in assist turnover ratio at 1.38. This winter, O'Rourke is putting up 10.7 points and 5.8 rebounds per game to go with her 98 assists and 59 steals.

As a team, No. 23 Moravian College Greyhounds rank eighth in blocked shots per game (6.1), tied for 28th in winning percentage (.870), 33rd in three-point field goal defense (.242), tied for 41st in field goal defense (.327), 41st in points per game (70.6) and 49th in scoring margin (13.6)

The No. 23 Greyhounds return to the court on Saturday, February 16th as they travel Landmark Conference rival and nationally-ranked No. 12/13 The Catholic University of America. The contest is set for 4 p.m.
