    BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College Department of Athletics and Recreation had 186 of its student-athletes receive Dean’s Honors List accolades from the College for achieving a 3.50 or higher grade-point average during the 2021 Spring semester.
  • 142 Greyhounds Honored on 2021 Landmark Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll

    TOWSON, Md. --- The Landmark Conference announced its 2021 Spring Academic Honor Roll selections today, with 1,203 student-athletes receiving recognition including 142 from Moravian College. The Honor Roll recognizes all winter and spring student-athletes who have reached sophomore standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher.
  • Nine Hounds Named to 2021 Landmark Conference Spring All-Sportsmanship Team

    TOWSON, Md. --- The Landmark Conference has named 74 student-athletes including nine from Moravian College to the 2021 Spring All-Sportsmanship Team. The All-Sportsmanship Team includes one student-athlete from each institution for each sport and is selected by the players and coaches from their respective team.

Kolnik has played 17 rounds for the Greyhounds, shooting a career low of 78 twice. He is a two-time member of the Landmark Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll.

  • Get to Know Former Men's Golf Student-Athlete Mark McCabe '94

    BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The next alum in the Moravian College Department of Athletics & Recreation's Get to Know Series is former men's golf student-athlete Mark McCabe from the Class of 1994. McCabe was sixth at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championship in 1994 and tenth in 1994 as the Hounds went 31-0 over the two seasons and won he MAC title in 1994. McCabe had a career 81.54 stroke average over 41 rounds for the Greyhounds, which is 21st in program history.

    BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The next current student-athlete in Moravian College Department of Athletics & Recreation Get to Know Series is men's golf student-athlete Thomas Lakata '21. Lakata has earned a pair of Landmark All-Conference Second Team honors during his career with top 10 finishes at the conference tournament, and he has a career average of 82.39 strokes per round in 31 rounds as a Greyhound.
  • Get to Know Head Men's Golf Coach Kevin Edwards '96

    BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The next coach in the Moravian College Department of Athletics & Recreation's Get to Know Coach series is Head Men's Golf Coach Kevin Edwards, who is a 1996 Moravian graduate and in his 11th year leading the golf team. Edwards is also a 20-year PGA member and was named the Empire 8 Conference Coach of the Year twice when the Greyhounds competed in the conference.

    BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian College honored its 2020 senior student-athletes with its Senior Athletics Award video that debuted on Sunday, August 16. Women’s basketball standout Maddie Capuano and women’s track & field/cross country runner Carly Danoski were named the Co-Outstanding Senior Female Athletes while baseball player Ian Csencsits and men’s track & field/cross country runner Greg Jaindl were honored with the Co-Outstanding Senior Male Athletes. The Blue & Grey Scholar Athlete awards were presented to Danoski and football player Sal Pagano.

  • Moravian to Air 2020 Senior Athlete Awards Video on August 16

    BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College Department of Athletics and Recreation will celebrate the accomplishments of their 2020 senior class with a virtual celebration on Sunday, August 16 with the Senior Athlete Awards show as a video beginning at 6:00 p.m. The banquet, which is typically hosted in May, was postponed because of COVID-19 and due to the continued pandemic has been moved to a virtual event.
