Greyhounds Finish Sixth in Garden State Collegiate Classic

WASHINGTON, N.J. --- The Moravian University men's golf team finished sixth of ten teams in the two-day, 36-hole Garden State Collegiate Classic hosted by Drew University at the Hawk Pointe Golf Club with the final round on Sunday.

How It Happened

  • The Greyhounds finished with a four-man score of 638 after shooting a 320 in the second round
  • Franklin & Marshall College won the tournament with a 610, one stroke ahead of McDaniel College

Moravian Results

  • Junior Jason Koch finished sixth of 53 golfers with a 36-hole total of 152. Koch had a three-over par round of 75 on Sunday with three birdies and nine pars
  • Junior TJ Bohl tied for 15th with a 158. Bohl had an 80 in the second round with a birdie and eight pars
  • Sophomore Robbie McNelly finished in a tie for 21st place. McNelly carded an 82 in the final round with a birdie and nine pars
  • Junior Jacob Donmoyer tied for 38th with a 169. Donmoyer had an 83 in the second round with 11 pars
  • Junior Sam Bingaman finished 49th with a 176. Bingaman shot a 91 Sunday with six pars
