Greyhound Men Fall to Immaculata as Hosts of First Home Meet

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University men's swimming team were the hosts of the program's first-ever home meet, as they fell to non-conference opponent Immaculata University, 101-48, at Liberty High School on Friday night.

How It Happened

  • Freshman Davin Glynn swam a PR time of 10:56.18 in the 1000-yard freestyle for a first-place finish in his first event of the evening. Glynn earned another first-place finish in the 100-yard butterfly by turning in a PR time of 58.06 and concluded his evening with the 500-yard freestyle event, where he completed the session in 5:36.83 for second place
  • Freshman Harrison Ziegler placed second with a PR in the 200-yard freestyle finishing in 1:56.53. Ziegler then finished the 100-yard freestyle event in a PR time of 53.79 for second-place, then earned a first-place finish in the 500-yard freestyle in 5:15.93 to end the night
  • Freshman Billy Stergianopoulos posted a time of 26.74 seconds in the 50-yard freestyle on Friday night, and he had a PR mark of 1:01.34 in the 100-yard freestyle for a fourth-place finish. Stergianopoulos recorded a time of 1:21.05 in the 100-yard backstroke to cap off the evening
  • The Greyhounds finished the meet with 48 points
