Greyhound Men Claim Four Events versus Marywood

SCRANTON, Pa. --- The Moravian University men's swimming team had individuals claim four first-place finishes in a non-conference loss to Marywood University, 88-47, in their final dual meet of the season.

How It Happened

  • Freshman Harrison Ziegler earned first place in the 1000-yard freestyle event with a time of 11:21.56. Ziegler then finished in first place in the 500-yard freestyle in 5:10.98 to end the meet
  • Freshman Davin Glynn swam a time of 2:00.31 in the 200-yard freestyle for a first-place finish in his first event of the evening. Glynn earned another first-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly by turning in a PR time of 2:17.89 and concluded his day with the 500-yard freestyle event, where he completed the session in 5:27.65 for second place
  • Freshman Billy Stergianopoulos posted a time of 26.22 seconds in the 50-yard freestyle for a PR, and he had another PR mark of 1:00.12 in the 100-yard freestyle for third place
  • The Greyhounds finished with a total of 47 points
