Greyhounds Finish Third at Ranger Invitational as Hounds Set Three More School Records

MADISON, N.J. --- The Moravian University women's swimming team finished third after the second day of the Drew University Ranger Invitational Saturday.

How It Happened

  • Senior Catie Lovett set two more school records in the meet, breaking the 100-yard backstroke mark with a fourth-place finish in a time of 1:04.17 and the 200-yard backstroke record in with a runner-up finish in 2:20.33
  • Freshman Gabby Blasko placed sixth in the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:51.32, and she was ninth in the 100-yard breaststroke in a school record time of 1:18.71
  • Senior Sarah Mazzetti finished seventh in the 200-yard breaststroke in 3:06.45, and she swam an exhibition time of 1:23.25 in the 100-yard breaststroke
  • Lovett, Blasko, Mazzetti and sophomore Julia Zaprazny swam a time of 4:21.82 to finish third in the 400-yard freestyle relay
