MADISON, N.J. --- The Moravian University women's swimming squad participated in the first two sessions of the Drew University Ranger Invitational Friday.
How It Happened
- The Greyhounds are third with 46 points after the first two sessions
- Junior Ashlee Limbacher was third in the 500-yard freestyle with a school record time of 5:40.41
- Senior Catie Lovett finished fourth in the 50-yard freestyle in 25.66 seconds, and Lovett swam an exhibition and school record time of 2:07.85 in the 200-yard freestyle
- Freshman Gabby Blasko placed fourth in the 200-yard individual medley in a time of 2:34.89. Blasko had an exhibition time of 1:13.85 in the 100-yard butterfly
- Senior Sarah Mazzetti took fifth in the 500-yard freestyle in 6:27.02, and she finished seventh in the 100-yard butterfly in a time of 1:14.43
- Sophomore Julia Zaprazny finished 11th in the 50-yard freestyle in 32.90 seconds
- Lovett, Limbacher, Blasko and Mazzetti placed third in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 2:04.63 with Lovett's leadoff time of the 29.88 seconds in the backstroke setting the school record
- Lovett, Blasko, Mazzetti and Zaprazny finished third in the 200-yard freestyle relay in a time of 1:56.41
