Hounds Fall at Cabrini in Three Sets

RADNOR, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's volleyball team dropped a non-conference match at Cabrini College Wednesday evening by scores of 25-13, 25-9, 25-13.

Sophomore outside hitter Mary Zacher paced the Hounds with nine kills and nine digs while junior outside hitter Jaclyn Smith added five kills and a pair of blocks. Junior middle blocker Taylor Kornmann also contributed five kills with a pair of digs while freshman middle blocker Erin Tiger had three kills. Senior setter Megan Szkolnicki led the offense with 18 assists while sophomore libero Jean Markovic had 10 kills.

The Greyhounds will return to action in a tri-match this Saturday, September 19 at Bryn Mawr College with the University of Valley Forge. The Hounds will play Valley Forge at 1:00 p.m. and Bryn Mawr at 3:00 p.m.
