ALLENTOWN, Pa. --- The Moravian University golf team captured its sixth straight John Makuvek Cup Wednesday, defeating host Muhlenberg College and DeSales University at the Lehigh Country Club.

How It Happened

  • The Greyhounds fired a team score of 306, finishing 13 strokes ahead of the Mules, who had a 319, and 34 strokes ahead of the Bulldogs, who carded a 340

Moravian Results

  • Graduate student Nick Kuhn had Moravian's lowest round, shooting a four-over par 74 to place second of the 15 golfers
  • Junior Andrew Hozza carded a season-low round of 75 to take third
  • Freshman TJ Bohl placed fourth with a 76
  • Graduate student Thomas Lakata tied for seventh with an 81
  • Senior Will Breslin was 14th with a round of 100
