BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College golf team will begin the fall portion of its 2013-14 season by hosting the annual Moravian Fall Invitational at the Woodstone Country Club in Danielsville on Thursday, September 12th.
The Greyhounds, under the direction of fourth-year Head Coach Kevin Edwards, will play a total of seven rounds this fall including the opening Moravian Invitational that will feature 14-16 participating schools.
Moravian will head to Yahnundasis Country Club in New Hartford, New York on September 21st and September 22nd for the opening two rounds of the 2013-14 Empire 8 Conference Championship Tournament. The final two rounds will take play at the Hershey Country Club next spring on April 18th and 19th.
The Greyhounds have three other tournaments scheduled for the fall, making trips to the Muhlenberg College Invitational on September 28th, the Elizabethtown College Fall Blue Jay Classic on October 3rd and the Lebanon Valley College Invitational on October 14th.
Moravian will also host the inaugural John Makuvek Cup with DeSales University and Muhlenberg College on Tuesday, October 8th on the Weyhill Course at the Saucon Valley Country Club.
The Greyhounds will announce the remaining dates for their spring schedule after the fall season has been completed.
