INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Moravian College football team has four players ranked in the latest NCAA Division III statistics released on Tuesday.
Senior defensive lineman Allen Petros (Bethlehem, PA/Liberty) is seventh in the country in tackles for a loss with 2.15 per game. He has 22 tackles for a loss in 2011. Petros is also tied for 23rd in sacks with .85 per game, he has nine sacks this season. Petros set the career tackles for a loss record earlier this year and now has 63.5, and he is second all-time in career sacks with 28.
Junior defensive back Travis King (Wilmington, DE/Concord) is tied for 33rd in the nation in interceptions, averaging .50 per game. King had five interceptions for 79 yards this season.
Junior wide receiver Rocco Del Priore (Center Valley, PA/Southern Lehigh) is 71st in kickoff returns average at 22.72 yards per return. Del Priore has 18 returns for 409 yards and a long of 54.
Junior defensive back Rees Judge (Harrisburg, PA/Central Dauphin) is tied for 79th in interceptions at .40 per game. Judge has four interceptions for 44 yards this fall.
The Greyhounds finished out their 2011 season with a 2-8 overall record.
