STATE COLLEGE, Pa. --- The Moravian University men's golf squad finished sixth of 17 teams in the two-day, 36-hole Pennsylvania Classic hosted by Penn State Altoona at the Penn State Blue Course Sunday.
How It Happened
- The Hounds had a four-man team score 309 in the second round to finish with a 615 for the tournament
- Allegheny College took first with a 581 after shooting 289 on Sunday while Washington & Jefferson College was second at 591 with a 288 in the second round
Moravian Results
- Junior Robbie McNelly finished in a tie for 19th of the 94 golfers with a 36-hole score of 150 after shooting a two-over par 74 on Sunday that included three birdies and 11 pars
- Senior Jason Koch tied for 27th at 152 with a second round of 77 as he carded three birdies and nine pars
- Senior TJ Bohl was tied for 39th with a 156 after shooting 78 for the second straight day. Bohl's round included two birdies and nine pars
- Freshman Austin Fulton was a stroke behind and tied for 43rd with a tournament total of 157 after an 80 Sunday that included one birdie and 11 pars
- Freshman Stevie Grosscup tied for 65th at 166 with an 82 in the second round as he carded one birdie and seven pars
