SALISBURY, Md. --- The Moravian College men's soccer team had to deal with the weather for a second straight day at the Elmer Lord Memorial Tournament hosted by Salisbury University as the Greyhounds fell to the host Sea Gulls, 3-0, Saturday.

The Hounds needed over five hours on Friday to play just 70 minutes of the season opener including starting nearly 45 minutes late due to the weather. Saturday's match with Salisbury began 90 minutes later than the scheduled start time of 3:00 p.m. because of storms in the Maryland area again.

The Sea Gulls jumped out to a quick 2-0 lead with goals in the sixth and 14th minutes, and Salisbury also scored a late goal in the 88th minute of the match.

Greyhounds sophomore goalie Michael Bone had six saves in just his second career start.

Moravian is slated to return to action on Wednesday, September 5 in a non-conference match at Centenary (N.J.) University beginning at 4:00 p.m.
