Krasley Records 2,000th Career Dig in Loss to Haverford

HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Moravian College volleyball team fell to Haverford College, 3-2, Saturday afternoon. Junior libero Jesse Krasley recorded her 2,000th career dig after a 37 dig effort. She now has 2,001.

The Greyhounds fell by scores of 26-24, 21-25, 25-23, 23-25, 11-15. Senior right-side hitter Samantha Savite tallied up 20 kills and six blocks while freshman outside hitter Lauren Hostetler has 12 kills and 11 digs. Sophomore setter Kelly Brown put up 54 assists, 18 digs and a block while junior middle blocker Brittany O'Hara finished with six kills and four blocks.

Freshman outside hitter Keri Godbe led the Fords with 19 kills and 24 digs while classmate setter Olivia Walsh had 50 assists. Freshman middle hitter Megan O'Day had 18 kills while sophomore defensive specialists tallied up 24 digs.

The Greyhounds return to action on Friday, September 21st as they host Widener University. The match is scheduled for 7 p.m. in Johnston Hall.
