BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's track & field team hosted the non-scoring, 22-team Moravian College Indoor Invitational at Lehigh University's Rauch Fieldhouse Saturday.
The Hounds had a pair of individual first place finishes. Junior Carly Danoski won the 800-meter run with a time of 2:19.90 while sophomore Natalie Novotni captured first place in the 3,000-meter run in 10:36.53.
Freshman Natalie Stabilito was sixth in the 800-meter race in 2:26.26 while sophomore Morgan Weaver finished eighth in the 400-meter dash in 1:03.74. Freshman Emma Marion placed seventh in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 19:32.53 while sophomore Molly Talarico was eighth in the mile run in 5:33.50.
Danoski and Weaver teamed with senior Anna Osman and sophomore Camaryn Wheeler to place sixth in the 4x400-meter relay in 4:23.02 while Stabilito joined with juniors Alyssa Ullmann, Rachel Mikols and Ashley Rohrer to take fourth in the distance medley relay with a time of 13:58.65.
Senior Jordan Luciano leaped to a third-place finish in the long jump with a distance of 5.20 meters (17-0.25).
The Blue and Grey are slated to return to action at the Susquehanna University Challenge on Saturday, February 2 in Selinsgrove.
