BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's soccer squad open the 2015 season at home against non-conference opponent Cairn University on Tuesday, September 1 at 4:00 p.m. before a four-match road stint against Penn State-Berks, Immaculata University and a Tournament at Rowan University before returning to the Moravian campus.
The Hounds will play host Rowan on September 12 in the opening round of the Gilmore Alumni Classic and then take on Bryn Athyn on Sunday, September 13 to finis the tournament and the long road trip.
Moravian returns to Bethlehem to play Centenary College on September 15 at 4:00 p.m. and open their 2015 Landmark slate on Saturday, September 19 as they welcome Goucher College to HUB Quad at 1:00 p.m. The Hounds then hit the road again for a non-conference match against Delaware Valley College on September 23 before a trip and a trip to Landmark Conference foe The Catholic University of America on Saturday, September 26. The Hounds round out September on the HUB Quad against Hood College on Wednesday, September 30 at 3:30 p.m.
The Greyhounds will open the month of October with a trip to Landmark opponent Elizabethtown College on Saturday, October 3 before returning for a three-match home stretch. The Hounds host The United States Merchant Marine Academy on Wednesday, October 3 at 4:00 p.m. and on Saturday, October 10 take on Juniata College at 1:00 p.m. The third match on the HUB Quad will be a Matte Award match against rival Muhlenberg College on Wednesday, October 14 at 3:30 p.m.
The Hounds play a pair of Landmark games on the road, squaring off first with Susquehanna University on Saturday, October 17 at 1:00 p.m. The Blue and Grey will travel again on Wednesday, October 21 to The University of Scranton before returning home to the HUB Quad for their final two matches.
Moravian will close out its regular season with a non-conference match against the University of Rochester on Saturday, October 24 at 1:00 p.m. The final home game is against Drew University on Saturday, October 31 at 1:00 p.m. in Landmark action.
The 2015 Landmark Conference Tournament will begin on Wednesday, November 4 with the top four teams competing in semifinal action. The Championship game will be held at the higher seeded team on Saturday, November 7.
