Women's Basketball Participates in Pathway to Santa at Lehigh Valley Muhlenberg Hospital

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- For the third straight year, members of the Moravian College women's basketball team participated in the Pathway to Santa at Lehigh Valley Muhlenberg Hospital Wednesday morning.

Head Coach Mary Beth Spirk along with assistant coaches Amy Endler and Sara Steinman and eight players - seniors Ericka Blair, Danielle Brogan, Alyssa Hann and Laura Jordan, sophomore Karlee Corvasce and freshmen Nellie Tanguay, Natalie Vanderlaan-Meyering and Cori Weiss - spent the morning at the hospital singing Christmas carols and spreading cheers to the patients.

"Participating in the Pathway to Santa program during the holiday season is such a rewarding experience," Steinman said. "A simple song can go a long way and our players recognized that today. We brought smiles, tears, and laughter to so many patients this morning and it is a great feeling to make someone's day with the smallest gesture."
