BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College football team is set to open its 2019 season on Saturday, September 7 under the lights at 6:00 p.m. when the Greyhounds travel to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania to take on King's College in the squad's only non-conference game of the fall.
The Hounds will begin the 2019 Centennial Conference season on Saturday, September 14 as the Hounds host McDaniel College for a 1:00 p.m. start on the College's annual Family Day at Rocco Calvo Field. Moravian then plays its second night game of the season and first Friday night contest since 1995 when the team heads to Johns Hopkins University on Friday, September 20 with a 6:30 p.m. kickoff in Baltimore, Maryland. Moravian's last Friday night contest was a 19-6 win at FDU-Florham on October 27, 1995
The Blue and Grey return to Bethlehem on Saturday, September 28 for a game versus Ursinus College starting at 1:00 p.m., and then the squad heads to Gettysburg College on Saturday October 5 at 1:00 p.m. to finish the first half of the 10-game slate. After the entire Centennial Conference takes its bye week, Moravian returns to action on Saturday, October 19 by hosting Susquehanna University in the annual Homecoming game kicking off at 1:00 p.m.
The Greyhounds leave the Lehigh Valley for the final time in 2019 on Saturday, October 26 for a road trip to Juniata College with a 12:00 p.m. kickoff. The Blue and Grey begin November by hosting Franklin & Marshall College on Saturday, November 2 before welcoming Dickinson College to Rocco Calvo Field on Saturday, November 9 for Senior Day with both contests beginning at 1:00 p.m. The Hounds head to Muhlenberg College on Saturday, November 16 for the regular season finale, also starting at 1:00 p.m.
