TOWSON, Md. --- Sophomore Heidi Wegscheider has been named to the 2025 Landmark All-Conference Second Team after finishing in the top 16 at the Landmark Conference Championships this past weekend.

Wegscheider was one of two Greyhounds to compete at the 2025 Landmark Conference Championships on April 26-27 at the Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort. The top six individual finishers were named to the All-Conference First Team while those finishing seventh through twelfth were named to the Second Team and 13th through 16th selected as Honorable Mention.

Wegscheider finished 11th of the 44 golfers with a 36-hole score of 172. Wegscheider had a 91 in the opening round Saturday with seven pars, and she shot an 81 in the second round with a birdie and nine pars. Wegscheider was on the Honorable Mention squad in 2024 after a 180 in the tournament.

"Heidi has been a consistent leader of the women's golf program," commented Director of Golf Meredith Mutcher. "As a sophomore, she continues to grow in confidence and skill, and we know there is a lot more to come from her in the years ahead."
