Three Lady Greyhounds Ranked in Latest NCAA Basketball Statistics

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Three student-athletes from the Moravian College women's basketball are ranked in the latest NCAA Division III statistics released Monday. As a team, the Greyhounds are ranked second in the country with 7.4 blocks per game.

Senior forward Alexandra Blair is ranked in four statistical categories. She is ranks ninth with 3.5 blocks per game, and she's ranked 82nd with a 47.2 (125-for-265) field goal percentage. Blair is tied for second with one triple-double, and she's tied for 63rd with eight double-doubles on the season.

Blair is averaging 13.8 points and 9.0 rebounds per game this winter to go with her 77 blocks, 46 assists and 17 steals.

Senior guard Hilary Murray is 52nd in the nation with a 1.6 assists turnover ratio. She leads Moravian with 72 assists and is second with 36 steals. Murray is also averaging 5.6 points per game.

Freshman forward Alexis Wright is tied for 99th in the country with 1.6 blocks per game. On the season, she ranks second in the team in points per game (11.2), rebounds per game (8.0) and blocks (36).

The Greyhounds return to action Friday, February 10th as they travel to Landmark Conference foe Drew University for a 5:30 start time.
