Women's Soccer to Begin 2015 Campaign on the Road

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's soccer squad will spend the first three games of the 2015 season on the road as the Greyhounds open the year at Arcadia University on Tuesday, September 1. They will then head to Quincy, Massachusetts to face Eastern Nazarene College on Saturday, September 5 at 11:00 a.m.

Before the Greyhounds return to HUB Quad, they travel to Penn State-Harrisburg on Wednesday, September 9. The Hounds will finally play their home opener in Bethlehem under second-year Head Coach Jeff Ykourk against Ykoruk's former squad Ursinus College on Saturday, September 12 with a 12:00 p.m. match. The Blue and Grey will welcome Rowan University on Wednesday, September 16 for a 4:00 p.m. start.

Moravian travels to St. Mary's (Md.) College on Saturday, September 19 before returning to Pennsylvania to play in a three-match home stand with matches versus DeSales University on Tuesday, September 22 at 4:00 p.m., Albright College on Thursday, September 24 at 4:00 p.m. and their first Landmark Conference contest of the fall against Goucher College on Saturday, September 26 at 1:00 p.m. on the HUB Quad.

The Hounds close September the way they started it on the road at Haverford College on Wednesday, September 30 at 4:30 while they open the month of October also on the road at they travel to Landmark foe The Catholic University of America on Saturday, October 3. They return home for one match against Juniata College on Saturday, October 10 at 3:30 p.m. before hitting a three-match conference road stretch.

The Blue and Grey travel to its first Landmark opponent Elizabethtown College on Wednesday, October 14, then will travel to Susquehanna University on Saturday, October 17 with kickoff at 3:30 p.m. and finish up the road travel at The University of Scranton on Saturday, October 24 starting at 3:30 p.m

The Greyhounds will close out their regular season at home as they are slated to host rival Muhlenberg College on Tuesday, October 27 at 3:30 p.m. in a Matte Award match, and then host Landmark opponent Drew University on Saturday, October 31 at 3:30 p.m.

The 2015 Landmark Conference Tournament will begin on with a pair of semifinal matches at the higher seeds, and the championship contest is scheduled for Saturday, November 7 with the conference champion earning an automatic berth to the 2015 NCAA Division III Championship Tournament.
