TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian University freshman goalie Thomas Lee has been named as the Landmark Conference Men's Lacrosse Defensive Athlete of the Week for his performance last week.

Lee made the first two starts of his career in goal for Moravian during a 2-0 week and registered a 7.38 goals-against average with 18 saves in 114 minutes of action. He had nine saves in a 14-7 win at Marywood University to go with three of his four ground balls for the week, and Lee recorded another nine saves in 54 minutes of action as the Greyhounds defeated Gwynedd Mercy University, 18-7.

"Tommy is a very consistent goalie. He communicates well and makes a lot of nice saves," stated Head Coach Dave Carty. "His ability to be patient on the clear has helped in the last two games."

The Greyhounds, who are 3-1 on the year, are scheduled to return to action on Wednesday, March 23 when the squad hosts DeSales University in a non-conference match beginning at 7:00 p.m. on John Makuvek Field.
