LOGAN TOWNSHIP, N.J. --- The Moravian University men's cross country squad placed third of 31 squads in the Rowan University Border Battle Saturday.
How It Happened
- The Hounds scored 144 points while the host Profs took first with 87 points
- Junior Owen Nahf led the Greyhounds individually with a fourth-place finish among the 278 runners with a PR time of 25:00.1 on the 8,000-meter course
- Junior Nathan Hajel took 13th in a PR time of 25:19.5 while senior Josh Mangini placed 29th with a PR time of 25:37.8
- Sophomore Bryan Kerchner came in 40th for the Blue & Grey in a PR time of 25:48.9 while senior Casey Frank finished 63rd in a PR time of 26:09.9
- Rounding out Moravian's top seven were freshman Nate Moore in 65th place with a PR time of 26:11.0 and freshman Logan Betyeman took 95th in a PR time of 26:29.9
- Moravian had three other runners in the race with junior Jake Farrell in 125th in a time of 26:51.4, graduate student Christian Jancsarics taking 146th in a PR time of 27:05.4 and sophomore Joe Allegro finishing 244th in a time of 29:28.5
