Track & Field Trip to New York City Armory Canceled Due to Winter Storm Nemo
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's and women's indoor track & field teams have had their scheduled trip to the Lafayette College-Rider University Winter Games on Friday, February 8th canceled due to Winter Storm Nemo and the worsening travel conditions to and from New York City.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's and women's indoor track & field teams have had their scheduled trip to the Lafayette College-Rider University Winter Games on Friday, February 8th canceled due to Winter Storm Nemo and the worsening travel conditions to and from New York City.
The squads were scheduled to leave at 9:30 a.m. to head in for the 1:00 p.m. meet but with the snow totals being forecasted, especially higher amounts in New York City, the Greyhounds decided not to make the trip.
Moravian will have its final tune-up for the 2013 Landmark Conference Championships on Saturday, February 16th when they head to the Princeton University Invitational at 11:00 a.m.
