TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian University freshman Anthony Ronca has been named as the Landmark Conference Men's Tennis Athlete of the Week for his performance last week.

Ronca helped Moravian to a 6-0 win over Penn State-Abington in the squad's only match last week, as the match was played indoors and played to decision in Timothy Breidegam Fieldhouse. Ronca won in straight sets at first singles after winning at first doubles with freshman Wyatt Marshall.

"Anthony played smart tennis and had a great performance in both doubles and singles," stated Director of Tennis Mariana Freitas. "He adds tremendous value to our team, especially at the top of our lineup. He is certainly deserving of the Athlete of the Week."

The Greyhounds, who are 4-3 on the year, are scheduled to host future Landmark Conference foe Lycoming College in a non-conference contest on Tuesday, March 22 beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Hoffman Courts.
