Hounds Drop Decision to NCAA Division I Lafayette to Finish Fall Portion of Schedule

EASTON, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's tennis team dropped its first match of the season, falling at NCAA Division I Lafayette College, 6-1, Saturday afternoon.

The Greyhounds, who head to the winter at 5-1, dropped all three doubles matches but trailed just 1-0 due to playing Division I rules that count the doubles for one point.

Moravian's lone point game in singles action where junior Brooke Adams recorded a 6-1, 6-4 victory in her fifth singles match.

The Greyhounds are currently slated to return to action on Saturday, March 14 in a tri-match at The College of New Jersey with Stevens Institute of Technology as action begins at 10:00 a.m. between the Hounds and the host Lions.
