Junior Mike Brand Among National Leaders in NCAA Soccer Stats

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Junior goalkeeper Mike Brand (Hackettstown, NJ/Hackettstown) for the Moravian College men's soccer team is ranked in the top 50 of saves per game in the NCAA Division III. He ranks 49th with 6.63 saves per game through eight games.

Brand has a .720 save percentage of the season to go with his 2.61 goals against average in 792:18 minutes played. He also has a combined shutout with freshman goalie Ethan Arner against Rosemont College (9/19/11).

The Greyhounds return to action on Saturday, October 1 against conference foe Drew University. The contest is scheduled for 12:30 p.m.
