Graef Named as Landmark Conference Women’s Lacrosse Defensive Athlete of the Week

TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian University junior goalie Kayla Graef has been named as the Landmark Conference Women's Lacrosse Defensive Athlete of the Week for her performance last week.

Graef made 11 saves and added two ground balls in the Greyhounds' 11-10 overtime win at Widener University for Moravian's first win of the 2025 season.

"Kayla has been working incredibly hard all year and shows so much resilience, grit, and focus in the cage," stated Head Coach Caroline Pape. "It's already an exciting season for us with her."

The Greyhounds are slated to return to action on Wednesday, March 5 when the team plays at Whittier (Calif.) College at 10:00 p.m. EST.
