Field Hockey Falls at Cabrini in Non-Conference Action

RADNOR, Pa. --- The Moravian College field hockey team dropped a non-conference match at Cabrini College, 7-0, Wednesday afternoon.

Junior goalie Megan Kanyuk made a career-high 17 saves for the Greyhounds.

The Hounds had a flurry of shots in the 43rd minute with senior midfielder Rebecca Hamel putting a shot on the cage before senior forward Kelly O'Donnell had a pair of shots blocked after two penalty corners for the Greyhounds.

Moravian is scheduled to return to action on Saturday, October 3 when the Hounds will host No. 18 The Catholic University of America in a Landmark Conference match slated for a 1:00 p.m. start at Betty Prince Field.
